Overview: The Connecticut Office of Tourism would like to offer your brochures at Connecticut's tourism booth at this year's Big E! This family-friendly event runs from September 17 through October 3, 2021. There is no cost to display your literature at the Connecticut Tourism Booth.
Overview: The Big E kicks off September 17! We’re so excited to safely welcome back visitors to the Connecticut Building this year — and to celebrate Connecticut Day on Wednesday, September 22. Don’t miss this all-day event which will feature over ten hours of live entertainment on the front lawn stage. You’ll also find dozens of special activities and vendors, including foodie favorites, local products, popular attractions and more.
Overview: The Office of Tourism is working hard to support the industry’s recovery. In addition to running the Say "Yes" to Connecticut summer campaign, planning a fall campaign, and supporting special campaigns such as DrinksOnUs and Connecticut Summer at the Museum, we have been out meeting with the press and filming locations all over the state.
Overview: As part of the American Rescue Plan Act, the U.S. Economic Development Administration is offering competitive tourism grants from $500,000 to $10,000,000 for Travel, Tourism & Outdoor Recreation. These grants may be relevant to some in our industry, including towns, non-profits and more. We encourage you to read about this grant program and consider applying if you are eligible.
