St. Patrick's Day Celebrations!

Maple season is a wonderful time in Connecticut! From early February to late March, you can find Connecticut maple farms hard at work tapping the state’s first agricultural product – and you can find all of Connecticut celebrating alongside them. From fun events, to syrup farms, to signature maple treats, Connecticut is marvelously maple. Maple Sugaring Activities in Connecticut
End of February and throughout March is the maple sugar season in Connecticut! Cold nights and warm, sunny days are necessary to provide good sap yields. Local sugar makers and their many loyal customers eagerly await this annual rite of spring. Visit a local sugarhouse or attend a maple sugar festival to see firsthand how maple syrup is produced!
